"1 day before" notification not received.

This has happened for maybe a month now to my team. It's really inconvenient to only get notified when it's the actual time. Also, the feature of more advanced notification (more than "1 day before") is really need. Please prioritize and implement.

I notice that I receive 1 day notification for another project in the same workspace (under a different folder - the workspace/folder/user notification settings are the same). I now suspect it's a project-specific issue. How should I share the project link with you so you can look into it?

Could you please clarify what type of notification you aren't receiving? Are they mobile, email, or browser notifications? Also, is the task assigned to anyone?

ryantaskade The task is assigned to a person. And the assigned person doesn't get email notification 1 day before as specified, only get email notification the moment the event takes place.

ryantaskade I have changed the project notification to "Watch". But doing this would send email notifications even for task that is not assigned to me. In addition, the "1 day before" notification is still not received after changing to "Watch". This is certainly not how it used to behave.

Rosa Tse: Hi there, you can also try setting it to "Mention", please do get the user to check if the the notification email could possible end up in the spam or junk folder of his/her mail box too
