Hi Guys,
Inside Agents Tab > Knowledge, I was trying to upload files as source and it remains loading and do not upload the file.

Hey Eduardo Priuli! I have a few questions regarding this bug:
- Is this happening with every agent?
- Does the problem still exist even after refreshing the page?
- What was the file that you were trying to upload? Was it a PDF, DOCX, CSV, etc.?
- What is the size of the file?
- Also, could you provide us with a screen recording of the issue? It would help our team investigate it.

Narek Zograbian: Hi Narek, thank you for the fast reply, so, I'll respond in bullets 😉
- Yes, I have just 2 agents and it's happening with both.
- Yes, even after refreshing or even closing and reopening the issue remains.
- The file is a PDF file.
- I've just tried different sizes, until 2mb it loads after that it stuck, I got with a 1,5 mb file, those with 5,6mb, 6,5mb and over stuck and don't load.
- Absolutely I can send you later a screen recorder.

Eduardo Priuli: Thank you for the reply! I look forward to the video recording. I spoke with our team, and knowledge is limited to 5 MB per file. The other issue may be with the PDFs if they're images of text rather than text-based PDFs.
