hello, thanks for reaching out. unfortunately we removed that feature.
you can still access your agents in the agent page (within each app/"folder")
or chat with the agents within that folder, via the project view.

jiawei.kek so difficult to see across projects now and notifications get missed too...

dr_graham:
thanks for the feedback!
could i clarify what you meant by "seeing across projects"? The projects page still exists - unless im misunderstanding you.
also, what notifications are getting missed? i'm not sure that's an issue with the new UI, so i just want to find out more, if it's something we can fix on our end.

jiawei.kek The "projects page" appears to show only recent changes/issues. If I click on the workspace icon, instead of easily seeing across my workspace, I see the HUGE "build your app" screen (mentioned by myself and others previously as being too large and an eyesore). I need to click multiple things to check for notifications now and so there is fear of missing them. I think you have generally stopped listening to your users and jumped on a bandwagon of "must build apps" which has taken you away from your core which was a great task and project management app and a team who listened to users.

dr_graham: While it’s still possible to access the old page by entering an “app” and clicking “dashboard,” we understand that the extra clicks (due to the “Build Your App” screen) may feel a little counterintuitive. That said, the notifications themselves remain unchanged.
The navigation flow has been shared with our team, and for now, this is the direction we’re moving toward, so i don’t expect major changes in the near future.
That being said, we truly value your feedback and are doing our best to listen and incorporate it where possible. As a small team, we do need to focus our resources on moving in one clear direction, but we’re always grateful for input. In this case, unfortunately, large requests regarding changing the ui or removing genesis is simply not the direction we are heading. we seek your understanding in this matter, and appreciate your involvement in providing your feedback

jiawei.kek I'll stop providing feedback from now on as I see you've become rather head strung nowadays. It makes no sense to say "we see where you're coming from" but can't be bothered to address the issues. I never requested the removal of what you refer to as Genesis - although I think forcing this on customers who were not ready for it and who signed up for something entirely different is ludicrous. I predict that in the future you'll have trouble getting new customers as a result of what you have done and how difficult it is becoming both to use the tool and to be heard by your small, young team. I have followed a number of the feedbacks and see that many people are saying the same thing and yet you don't want to address them. Let's let it be then. I'll sign off here and not offer further input.
