Agents not responding, recent performance hit

It seems that agents have been unresponsive lately. Initially, the issue was just slow responses, but now they're not responding at all. Sometimes I need to refresh the page, start a new chat, or switch between chats to get a response.

Can't write anywhere after a popup appears in the windows app

As explained in the title it looks like I can't write anywhere in the app after a popup shows (like the one shared as an example below). After it appears (not depending if I click "ok" or "annuler") I can still use the app but I can't write anywhere anymore.
I found 2 temporary solutions:
-Closing the page and click on Taskade again, then I can write again
-Click on the top left logo in the desktop app once and somehow it allows me to write again in the app.
I don't have this problem with the web browser and my apps are up to date. I had the same issue with 3 different computers using widows 10 and 11 so it's probably not coming from my setup.

Same issues! I have had many "Conversation Aborted" or agent failure behavior both on Desktop Mac and on the iOS

I am experiencing the same issue, where the agent thinks for a while and then simply doesn't respond. It's happened to a couple agents. Their Knowledge is simple text inside of Projects. Switching chats has not worked for me yet, it removes my last request and doesn't change anything.
Update: It seems like agents are unable to retrieve their Knowledge at all, even when directed to by project name.

Could you please elaborate more on what prompts are you and perhaps what type of knowledge sources you are using for the agent? That would help us better investigate this issue.

ryantaskade happened again yesterday afternoon on one task (knowledge from web) but it self-corrected as in the reply was halfway thru, paused for about 2 mins and then completed (the pause was mid-sentence weirdly!)

I want to also add, when I type into my agents, they finish their response, and they will not let me respond until I refresh, they have a loading circle as if they are still generating responses, when they aren't.

same issue at times here - just now I tested and no issue, but on Friday and Monday I had problems with non response or starting to respond and then nothing

John at Taskade Yes, although we cannot tell you the extent recently as we have not used agents much this past few weeks. Still also having issues with time zone formatting which is showing in chats and read messages which show as new. These were mentioned before in this thread but it appears they were deleted.
