Am I the Only One Whose Agents ALWAYS have an Error with Knowledge Base? Commands?

It's, honestly, 10-20 times a day that I need to stop using the platform so that the system can figure out how to use the knowledge base of which was working 3 seconds ago. It could be anything from complicated workloads to a simple question; It's almost as if my internet goes out or a buggy Android App that I need to clear the cache and force stop every 15-20 minutes.
Also, my commands (finally) have started working, as prior to yesterday they were NEVER read. It was always "I think you are try to use the "/___" command, but there is no record of this command" [something similar to that]
I really enjoy this platform, and that's why this drives me crazy. I am pretty calm writing this, believe it or not, because I am used to it at this point. By now, it should be ready to go again! :')

What was your error? Mine got stuck and wouldn't move, so I had to force stop it. When I restarted the agent, it remained stuck on loading. I had to create a duplicate agent and delete the old one to continue.

daniel.sg I've gotten multiple. Anything from the Agent timing out regardless of any command (even a "hello"), to all responses beginning with "I seem to be having trouble gathering info from the knowledge base regarding [literally anything]"

tylerfallfa We've been doing a lot of infrastructure changes so there have been a lot sporadic timeouts here and there. We're working on bringing some newer changes to Agents in the near future!

Hey there! Are there any specific steps that cause that bug?

Narek Zograbian not that I am aware of. Only thing I could think of is:
a) Too much info in Knowledge Base [albeit no limit has been stated],
b) Knowledge Base received too much info in short period of time [again, not stated], and/or
c) Combination/Specific type of Knowledge Base info [for me, Youtube seems to not work and just cause issues]
