Due date bug: Automatically selects incorrect start and end time

When adding a due date to a project, I select the start date and end date (without specifying start time and end times) and click 'Set'. The due date for the project then displays the start date as 12:00AM on the actual start date (which is somewhat annoying that a start time was added without me specifying it, but that's forgivable), but the end date becomes 1:00AM the day AFTER the actual end date I set. For example, if I set a brand new due date on a fresh project for Nov 4, 2022 to Nov 11, 2022, the resulting due date turns into:
Nov 4, 2022, 12:00 AM - Nov 12, 2022, 1:00 AM

Sorry for spamming this thread, I just wanted to explain that I typically use this feature of setting start and end dates to keep track of how long things take, so I like being able to create a new task and set the start date to, for example, when I received an email about a bug or something which may have been in the past. Thanks for reviewing this!

Additional notes:
I noticed that this only occurs when I try to set the start date to a date in the past (start date < today's date).
Occurs only on web browser. This is likely because the iOS app does not let you set a project start date to a date in the past. Tested with Firefox and Chrome

crohan99: No worries, thank you for the details, we managed to identify that this is being affected by day light savings, we are investigating a fix for this

ryantaskade: Yes this might be the case for me as well as when I choose a due and start date it becomes 00:00 and 23:00 and the event fills up whole days in Google Cal. In order to fix it I need to change the latter to 00:00 for the following day. Would be great if we could specify "All Day" without needing to type in 00:00. This is for Europe/Stockholm Time Zone.
