Project Creator should not be the Owner. If he creates the project, he is the owner, he can revoke access of the owner to the viewer level that's not acceptable because then owner will have no control over the project.

Solution: If a person who is editor or admin, if he creates the project he should have same level of access in project (As admin, not as owner)
