There's simply no way to get a View to land at the Top of the Next View once an Internal Link has been activated. Last Activated Internal Link persists, no matter what.
Workaround: Created "Back to Top" Block Heading at the bottom of the Project and Linked it to the very 1st Block's Heading so able to ensure Alt Views land at the Top of the Project's Page.
For example:
  1. In List View, Create Link for Block 2 Heading and add it to a Task in Block 1.
  2. Click on the Link to Block 2 Heading (moving you to Block 2)
  3. Deactivate the now Highlighted Block 2 Heading that was activated by the Link.
  4. Change View to "Board" and the View falls on the still Highlighted Block 2 Heading, even though it was deactivated.
  5. Deactivate the Block 2 Heading AGAIN, then go back to List View.
  6. List View RETURNS to the STILL Highlighted Block 2 Heading.
  7. No way to get out of this Block 2 Heading Loop. Even if Unclick the Highlighted Link and type somewhere else, you will be forced to return to that Link if switch to another view.
