OneNote import is a popular request — lots of teams have years of notes and notebooks they'd love to bring into Taskade. While a native OneNote importer isn't available yet, we have been expanding import capabilities: v6.13 added bulk credential imports, v6.69 shipped App Bundle Export/Import for moving structured content between workspaces, and v6.108 added Markdown export from agent conversations.
For OneNote content today, the most reliable path is exporting from OneNote to .docx or .md and importing into Taskade. Our new MCP Connectors (v6.105) are also designed to enable deeper third-party integrations — OneNote via Microsoft Graph is a natural candidate.

Hi there, providing more info on this suggestion. As one note support hand written notes and we currently do not support that in Taskade, that support will need to be built first in order to support import from OneNote.

ryantaskade: Hi Ryan, iit would be nice if at least all other content (without the handwritten notes) could be imported.

michaelsimon: Hi there, thank you for the clarification, note that the hand written notes are stored in the same .one file as the other contents.
As OneNote has a different structure of notes, how would you like the data such as images and notes to be converted into Taskade?
The OneNote text boxes are free form (being allowed to place anywhere in the note) and images can exist without being attached to task like in Taskade

ryantaskade: Hi Ryan, yes I understand that it is probably very difficult to adopt the Onenote content and formatting. Just adopting the text content would be a first step.
I hope that Taskade will eventually get more formatting options in the future and that the Onenote notebooks can then be adopted as well.
Thanks for the permanent development.
