Hi,
We are a company composed mainly of individuals with ADHD (including the executives). We use schedules and templates that help us in various aspects of our daily work. We wanted to share them with you in case anyone is interested. We create and add to them regularly. A psychologist reviews our work, and we discuss with her to improve them or create variations.
