Disable Insert & Edit option in shared/public agents
planned
jcpv
When sharing an agent via code embedding, disable "insert & edit" in the agent window. so users cannot edit/delete commands. I have experienced some users that have deleted/edited the commands, which in turns diminishes trust from users. I work with non-tech friendly field teams.

This is a really thoughtful use case — deploying agents to non-technical field teams where someone accidentally editing or deleting commands breaks the whole experience is a genuine trust issue.
We've been investing heavily in the public agent sharing system. In v6.96.0 we shipped a redesigned public agent publishing flow with improved controls, and in v6.95.0 we disabled certain editor interactions in embed/public views for security reasons. We're actively expanding permission controls in this area.
The specific locking of insert/edit commands in shared agent views is something we want to get right, especially for professional deployments like yours. In the meantime, the new Public Agent Customizer (v6.76.0) lets you control how your agent looks and behaves before sharing.
Check out the current sharing options at https://taskade.com/create — you can publish and embed agents with much more control now. Full updates at https://taskade.com/changelog!
