Feature Request: Create Project from Template
narek
Right now, we can create a blank project in Automations and map data in the process to those projects.
Instead, I'd like to map data to an already existing template.
This opens up a lot of possibilities for time-saving automations.

New Automation Steps - Add And Assign Task & Create Project And Assign & Create Project From Template And Assign

The proposed additional steps for automations are pretty self explanatory. Having to assign tasks/projects that exist pre-automation is limiting the usefulness of the existing assign step for my use cases.

Ability to select blocks in template-based project
chrishk
As part of my processes, I have project templates that include blocks. During certain events, I would like to automate the creation of projects from these templates and generate detailed tasks within the blocks of these projects. However, currently, the "add a task" action does not allow selecting a block in a project based on a template. This feature would be very useful for developing onboarding documents or standard operating procedures (SOP).

Hey there! It sounds like having pre-assigned tasks in a template would be the main feature request here no?
Essentially:
- Template allows you to assign a user to a task in the template (This is what you need I think)
- Create Project from Template would already handle the assignment portion

Give an example exactly of how you use this?
