Ability to Rename Knowledge Base items

websites show up as "Home" sometimes and other items that aren't titled properly before uploading/adding are tough to identify. also, the full file name doesn't show up at all regardless if I hover or not.

Hi there, we introduce the edit option in the triple dot icon so you can edit the name directly instead of heading to the media tab, this should also help when viewing longer file names.

hi there, thanks for reaching out! there seems to be a bug with adding links, as the naming may not properly update. (though this only seems to happen on certain websites)
otherwise, noted on
- being able to change knowledge source names
- having a way to view the full name of the file (via a hover for example)
