Agents access for non admins

I needed to share a project to a non admin user (checker) and he wasn’t able to execute custom agents with the (/ key) I thought it was a bug until I changed him to admin. I think custom agents need to be available for non admins. Just to use them. In my case I have a bot to create social media post about an specific company and the guest could not use it until he was granted admin permission!

We can enable this with usage-based pricing for AI Agents, given potential abuse with public and guest AI usage.

John at Taskade if it can be done with team members that aren't admins would work for me. Forget about public or guests. Just enable it for teams. Right now it just work for Admin.

albertkinng Thanks for the feedback, albertkinng!
Can you check if this is still an issue? With our recent Public AI Agents update, agents can now be shared and deployed easily across teams, and we’ve made some improvements to permissions. You can share agents via links, embed them, or publish them, and they’ll update in real-time.
