I want to make an automation but I cannot seem to make it work between 2 different 'teams'.

So basically I would want to pass over the tasks to another team, which doesn’t have access to that team folder permissions.

Also, I like to keep things in compartments so it’s easier to track, for instance breaking down a freelancer’s week of tasks into one project for each week. Later I can go back and see everything that particular person has done.

If I could move my assigned tasks from my team A (Management team - do not want to assign permissions to each folder for each freelancer within this team) to team B (freelancer’s folder or team space) so they can begin working on it once they’re “assigned”.
