Doc-like editing like Notion.
planned

ATM it functions like a to do list. Content we create are in bullet points by default.
Would be good to open a new project in Doc style (Like Google doc or Notion) instead of bullet points.
And we can have more formatting options like H1, H2, H3, Quotes, Embed video, images and so on.
This gives us so much more flexibility and become a serious contender for Notion.
Thanks!

Linking, Organisation and Long form writing options in a simple way like Kortex.co

Hi there, thanks for sending your feature request!
For organisation, are you referring to folder/sub-folders?
You can check out this post here, and do upvote it if this is what you're looking for.
For long form writing options, please consider upvoting this forum post here.
As for linking, I am unsure of what you mean by that exactly. are you able to share more about your use case and how you see this feature fitting into your work?

jiawei.kek Hi, I was looking for an easy idea capture process and global tagging so that there can be interconnection between different folders and projects. Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAunyIQnpEU and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfgZ9qGSPis
This will be very helpful for many.

teamsc: got it, thanks for the clarification.
You can consider upvoting and adding your feedback to this post here, regarding global tagging

Just wanted to add that not being able to write long-form content without spending an equal amount of time reformatting things in Taskade is my #1 blocker for 1. Getting the most out of the AI features 2. Making Taskade my default everything.
I understand we can keep notes elsewhere, but that defeats the purpose of an AI workspace.

John at Taskade, Narek Zograbian I just went through the tread and i am confused if this feature is even being considered or not. I believe it was put under InProgress for some time and then again put back under planned.
I understand it is a very difficult task to implement this change while keeping the current workflow intact for the customer base. but the more you delay this feature more difficult it gets to implement it.
just want clarity if we can expect this feature or not.

The problem is that you're forced to use Notion, when creating MD formatted text
If you try adding it to Taskade, it removes some of the symbols used, for example '---' and '>' gets removed
Notion is not perfect, but it somehow still keeps all the formatting

This is a must.

Narek Zograbian any updates on when this will be integrated? It's a little disappointing to see so many upvotes and no priority for this topic since 2,5 years.
Narek Zograbian
laurimarketing Hey there! We've discussed implementing some of these things internally. It's not the simplest or easiest change to make unfortunately. We're still looking into it.

I would love this

If implemented this should cover off feedback in Option to Display only Checkbox Nodes in My Tasks

For related notes it will be very useful to add text without creating new tasks.
