Forms: Custom Domain (CNAME)

I'd like to host and customize the form even more than I can currently.
Right now, if I share the form, it shows the Taskade logo and it's a Taskade URL. I want to change the URL for that to something like forms.mycompany.com
This should be on the highest tier of Taskade (Teams plan).
