There should be an option to list a custom time range. For example, I have a set of tasks that I need to complete by a certain hard deadline.
I don’t need to see timelines and due dates past that date.

Thank you for this request! The ability to define a custom date range in Gantt view so you can focus on what matters — without noise past your hard deadline — is a genuinely useful workflow improvement.
We've been steadily improving Gantt over the past year: you can now sort tasks by start date, remove due dates directly from Gantt view with a single button (v5.163.0), and we've patched footer rendering issues across table and Gantt views (v5.197.0). That said, a true "zoom to range" or custom viewport for Gantt is something we want to push further.
With Taskade Genesis (https://taskade.com/create), you can also build AI-powered project views and workflows that surface only what's relevant to your current sprint or deadline window. It's worth exploring as a complement while we work on native Gantt range controls. We'll keep this in progress — thanks for the detailed use case!
