Genesis-AI Agent Chatbot (Synchronous)

We need to be able to have Genesis create Chatbot apps where it connects (pre-existing) Taskade AI Agents with the apps chatbot.. We need to be able to have (for example) users be able to chat in and talk to our AI Agents (as though they are for example customer service agents).. using the AI Agents knowledge/promopt to answer the questions.. The communication must flow naturally/synchronously) and not be sent to AI agent to then have the agent return an response at a later time (this would be unnatural and could cause out of sequence answers)

Great news — we have been making major strides on this exact use case! As of v6.12.0, you can already embed public AI agents on any website, and since v6.76.0 there is a full Public Agent Customizer with a live preview so you can control exactly how the chatbot looks and behaves before publishing. The synchronous, conversational flow you need is built in — public agent visitors get a natural back-and-forth chat experience powered by your existing AI agents and their prompts/knowledge.
For the customer service scenario you described, Taskade Genesis (https://taskade.com/create) is the path forward — you can build a Genesis app that wraps your agents in a branded chatbot interface, complete with custom favicon and Open Graph branding (v6.102.0).
