Simplicity rules - simple/focus mode.

Since the new updates taskade became way too complex and I am wasting a lot of time to get to my task and to my existing project. (searching + clicking through all new stuff and features) There is too much emphasis on creating new projects while normally THE CHALLENGE is to keep up-to-date with your multiple to do's. So I wish for a simple & focus mode. Just working with taskade on my to do's. That was my sole/main purpose of taskade and now I am lost and using it less and less.
So please simplify and focus. Gadgets is fun but everyday use should be important too!

Thanks for the feedback.
We are working on introducing a toggle mode to enable a legacy version of Taskade. This should hopefully address some of the concerns you brought up. There is no hard ETA on this for now though, as we are rather stretched at the moment.

Totally agree with you. I'm really frustrated, because I love the app. I found out that if you click on the project icon at the bottom left, you can at least get to the project page. But somehow from behind through the chest.
Last week, the projects were automatically hidden. I feel like a guinea pig.
I have nothing against innovations; I'm all for them. But they should be customisable and left up to the user.

jan.e: Hi there, you can click into each "App" and click on the "Workspace" tab. This will bring you to the projects list you are familiar with

jan.e: Yup, understood. Just wanted clarify in case you didn't know this was possible. Again, we're working on bringing back some legacy features - one of them includes setting the default start space to be the projects.

They are not listening. Many have complained about this. Things just get worse. We had stopped using desktop and used only the android app and then this weekend that got updated and is now the same - click multiple buttons to finally see your project details. I wonder if they even use Taskade themselves any more for project management. Trying to view a project requires that you click on find the project first, clicking that takes you to a create screen - NO, I already created the project, I just want to work with it...so you click "workspace". You're still not there as the imagine it, run it screen takes up a third of the space, so another click is needed to hide that. And then you want to move to another project and you have to go through it all again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Taskade, without more delay, can we please have an interface that allows us easy access to projects and without the need for extra clicks to hide elements that we don't need to manage an existing project. Thank you.
