Everything I am doing is leading me into a loop, there is no billing information, but i am on a custom plan, I cannot upgrade but it takes me to the upgrade screen, if I try to buy more credits it asks me to upgrade plans...I cant view or change my payment information

I have an unlimited plan and now it is telling me to buy more credits... how is that unlimited?

I cant even access my payment information to make changes here. This is incredibly frustrating
