Steps to reproduce: Add a pdf as knowledge to a custom agent. Then go to media tab and delete that file. Then go back to the custom agent and the media file still remains as knowledge for the custom agent. Now ask the custom agent about specific knowledge. Custom agent will tell you that it has no knowledge even though the file reference is still in the knowledge. This is quite confusing and misleading. We should either preserve a copy of the media file in the agent, separate from the media tab OR we should not allow deleting of the media file if it is being used by a custom agent. If we go with the 2nd option, we should list the custom agents that are currently using the media files as knowledge. User will be allowed to delete the media file only when no agents have references to it. I prefer the 2nd option since it preserves storage space and keep things tidy but you might have other reasons for the first option.

Trying to run an custom agent command but getting this across numerous attempts and with many custom agents. Can you pls help?

This has happened for maybe a month now to my team. It's really inconvenient to only get notified when it's the actual time. Also, the feature of more advanced notification (more than "1 day before") is really need. Please prioritize and implement.

Hello! Is there a way to manage the files inside Media Manager? I accidentally uploaded the same files twice, and I've deleted everything from the task they were attached to (so I technically should have zero files), but the files still show up in Media Manager. Thanks in advance!

Sometimes I don't remember where a subtask is, so I search for it using the Find function. The subtask is found, but problem is that, in the Action sheet, if the parent task is folded, the subtask just found cannot be accessed because the folded parent cannot be unfolded. Problem is present on web (Firefox) and Mac desktop app.
