There is no functionality to help us prioritize or plan tasks. Taskade helps with planning a project but not on the prioritization side. Having a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Planner would help with prioritizing certain tasks and goals. I imagine this having a drag-and-drop interface. Each day would be a column, and you can list which tasks you want to focus on. These tasks would be displayed on the side and pulled from My Tasks. It's essentially having a planner with My Tasks embedded on the side. It should support multi-select for tasks. Dragging and dropping the tasks onto a specific day would not change the due date of the task. This requires a couple of things to keep in mind: When you start working on a task is often different from when a task is due. When a task is due is not necessarily the date that you started working on the task. This planner would be for prioritizing your work throughout the day. If you have a ton of tasks, it's easier to focus on a select few. I may have 19 tasks due today, but I want to focus on getting 3 of them done today and 10 of them done tomorrow. I'd like to be able to block out time on my calendar for that. I can't do that with Taskade. It becomes much easier if I can decide which tasks I'm going to focus on for the day, week, or month. Then, it would be great if Taskade could track when I completed it from the due date. If you implement the daily planner, you can eventually add on reporting as well. See the percentage of tasks completed on time Daily Summary of tasks completed on that day This would also set some groundwork for an AI-Assisted Calendar implementation. If you create the Task Inbox functionality, you can eventually add a quick add in the planner section as well. Time Tracking would also become easier when you're focusing on a specific task. You'd have the task exist in a project. The project is tied to a workspace—which is usually a client. Time Tracking would become easier by starting the timer for a certain task manually. Then this information can be aggregated and tagged per workspace in daily summaries and reporting.
