Hi Taskade team and community! I’d like to propose a feature that could significantly enhance productivity and collaboration: Integrating WhatsApp Automations into Taskade. Why is this important? WhatsApp is one of the most widely used communication tools globally, and many teams, businesses, and creators rely on it daily to connect with clients, team members, and collaborators. By integrating automations, Taskade could: 1. Streamline Workflows: Automate task updates, reminders, or status changes via WhatsApp messages. 2. Improve Communication: Send notifications or summaries to individuals or groups directly on WhatsApp. 3. Boost Efficiency: Automatically log WhatsApp conversations related to projects into Taskade for seamless collaboration and tracking. How it could work: • Triggers: A task is updated, completed, or assigned in Taskade. • Actions: A WhatsApp message is sent to relevant contacts with predefined templates. • Customizable Rules: Users can set specific triggers and messages based on their project needs. Benefits to Taskade users: This integration would provide unparalleled flexibility for teams who rely on WhatsApp for instant communication while staying organized within Taskade. I want to select a range of tasks and ask the AI assistant to, e.g. "reschedule these two weeks later". The AI interface already has access to the selected content, so it's a matter of training it to perform a function call back to Taskade.

I'd like an AI Agent trained on Taskade's knowledge to ask questions about Taskade. Think of something like a chatbot but specifically for Taskade's features.

I'd love to see all items in a master view. In other words, I'd like to see all subspace items/tasks in one view together rather than having to jump from subspace to subspace. This would be ideal for the roadmap view.

Right now, I can only share the AI Agents using a Taskade url. It would be nice if I can actually host them on my own cname. That way, I can provide this as part of my AI as a Service offerings.

It would be great if we have templates for workspaces in the same way that we have templates for projects. You could select to create a new workspace from a template. This would come with pre-filled templates and project tags. It will also have a project describing how to use the workspace.

It would greatly enhance UX for planning if the AI Assistant in the project editor could use the entire project as context, similar to the AI Assistant in the project chat. This would simplify going line by line through a project outline, allowing each line to be expanded upon without needing to repeatedly provide context. For example, in SaaS development, if the full feature list is included in the project, and a task is to "Create a list of core features for the MVP," the AI Assistant add-on could quickly brainstorm this list, drawing from the full feature list elsewhere in the project. Currently, the Assistant only uses the context of the current line item or multi-selected content.

Some of us have created templates with specific backgrounds and tables, It will be great that AI generator create any of the offering using any of our templates.

It would be helpful to have a quick option to select all blocks in a project. Use case: I have an automation set up that transcribes every YouTube video that our channel puts out, and places the transcription in a new project. However, phrase line of a transcription is interred into a separate block in the project (roughly analogous to the line breaks in a standard transcription that align with timestamps). I don’t have the ability to adjust the prompt for the transcription automation, so I can’t simply ask it to return all text in one block, and running additional AI actions on the transcription would generally require selecting all of it.
